PERS PRODUCTS
The PERS protocol is a 4-step skin care classification system. Designed to be universal, it enables everyone to organise their skincare products and intuitively understand what is necessary and sufficient to reveal beautiful, youthful and healthy skin.
The PERS protocol was designed in collaboration with a panel of skin experts, including doctors and dermatologists. Written like a beauty prescription, it has proven its effectiveness in empowering users in the proper use of cosmetic products.
PERS was born of an approach to cosmetics based on the fundamentals of French-style medicine: ethics and deontology as core values. We are committed to promoting the autonomy of our users, while maintaining a relationship of trust based on transparency.
The PERS protocol is based on 4 steps to restore the skin's natural virtuous cycle.
Every morning: PROTECT
Defend the skin against external aggression and oxidative stress, and preserve its integrity.
Any time of day: EMBELLISH
Offer skin the glow-up treatment that sublimates, or for a simple beauty touch-up.
In the evening : REPAIR
Alternate with the STIMULATE step. Allow skin to rest, while reconstituting the optimal environment for deep regeneration.
Other evenings: STIMULATE
Alternate with the REPAIR step. Accelerate cell renewal and reduce signs of aging.
These 4 steps serve to segment the treatment so that it's easy to adopt and follow.
By simplifying the treatment, these 4 steps encourage regularity, a key factor in results.
PERS product formulas are all vegan, paraben-free and contain up to 97% natural ingredients.
They are composed of best grade ingredients from the world of cosmetics and medicine, whose virtues have been confirmed by numerous studies. These active ingredients are precisely dosed to provide the skin with only what is necessary and sufficient.
Our best grade active ingredients include: vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, retinol, peptides, allantoin and panthenol.

The PERS protocol is intended to be universal. Whatever the brand and regardless of the marketing pitch, its vocation is to help classify all cosmetic products into four major actions: PROTECT, ENHANCE, REPAIR and STIMULATE.
It's easy to classify your products. Just look at the active ingredients they contain to understand which stage they belong to:
PROTECT
antioxidant actives such as pure vitamin C
UVA/UVB filters, which provide the best SPF protection
EMBELLISH
a stimulant like caffeine
REPAIR
hyaluronic acid, a molecule with highly moisturizing properties
niacinamide, an active ingredient with anti-inflammatory properties
panthenol or allantoin, healing and moisturizing
STIMULATE
anti-aging active ingredients like retinol or vitamin A
peptides, which stimulate collagen and elastin production

PERS PRODUCTS
Our products and formulas are developed and manufactured in France, and clinically tested on a panel of multi-ethnic skins with varying sensitivities. Our formulas are all vegan, paraben-free and contain up to 97% ingredients of natural origin. We have meticulously selected best grade active ingredients from the medical and cosmetics worlds, with proven virtues confirmed by numerous studies. The active ingredients are precisely dosed, in objectified percentages, to provide the skin with only what is necessary and sufficient.
We wanted to objectively verify the performance of our products on a large panel of users, beyond the standards imposed on cosmetic products. Up to 40 users measured visible results on their skin over a 2-month period.

Our aim is to avoid the classic cosmetics over-packaging.
Our bottles, labels and packaging are designed to maximize recyclability. The majority of products in the PERS range are made from glass, and all cases are made from FSC paper. The entire range is made in France.
This is also why we offer a minimum of free samples.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
You can pay online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or by Apple Pay via the SHOPIFY PAYMENT secure payment system and the PayPal payment platform.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail from our customer service department, including the carrier tracking number.

Depending on the delivery area, your order may take several working days to be dispatched. Find out more about our delivery times here.
You can track your parcel at any time via the link sent to your e-mail address, and check the status of your order directly from your customer area.
If your parcel has already been dispatched, there may be several reasons for late delivery: incomplete address, customs problem, parcel delay, incident, postponement. We invite you to contact the carrier directly via your tracking link.

Log in to your PERS customer account, then click on the "My account" icon in the top right-hand corner of the site.
Then click on "Account information" in the account details to the left of "Shop access", then on the little pencil to change your address, or on "Add" to create a new one.
You can also choose to delete an address by clicking on "Delete".
Here are the countries we deliver to by zone:
- Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg
- Zone 2: United Kingdom*, Ireland, Italy, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), Austria.
- Zone 3: Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Switzerland, Sweden.
- Zone 4: Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Turkey, Maghreb, specific territories Spain & Portugal, Croatia, Malta , Romania and other Eastern European countries.
- Zone 5: United States**, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Viet Nam, India, Russia, Israel, India
- Zone 6: Africa (excluding Maghreb), Middle East, Americas (excluding USA and Canada), other Asian countries, Oceania (excluding Australia).
Delivery charges will be specified on the Site. www.pers-skincare.com They must be accepted by the customer when the order is validated.
They will appear on a separate line from the product price.
It is expressly stated that the amount of delivery charges may vary according to the delivery territory of the products, which the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts.
Delivery times are indicated on the Site and depend on the delivery method chosen by the customer.
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched within 24 hours (subject to availability, excluding Sundays, Mondays and public holidays).
You can track your package at any time via the link sent to your e-mail address.
Delivery charges will be specified on the Site, inclusive of all taxes, during the Order process and must be accepted by the Customer at the time of Order validation.
They will appear on a separate line from the price of the Products.
It is expressly specified that the amount of delivery charges may vary according to the territory in which the Products are delivered, which the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts.
Delivery times are indicated on the Site and depend on the delivery method chosen by the Customer.
Pursuant to Article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Parties agree that the Products will be delivered within the timeframe specified during the Product Order process and prior to the validation of said Order. Delivery times are also specified in the Order confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer.
Delivery times include the preparation and dispatch of the order, as well as the time it takes for the Products to reach the delivery point (the Customer's postal address or delivery point).
In the absence of any indication on the Site of a delivery time for the Products, PERS undertakes to deliver them within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the order validation e-mail sent to the customer by PERS. In this case, the Products in question will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the Site and indicated at the time the Order is placed.
However, as PERS uses external service providers (carriers, postal services, etc.) to deliver the Products, PERS is totally dependent on these third-party service providers. The delivery times indicated on the Site may therefore be affected by the service providers, and PERS shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery and the consequences thereof.
When delivery is made against a signature, this is proof of receipt of the package. The transfer of risk and responsibility for the Products takes place upon receipt of the Products by the customer. From this date onwards, the Customer shall be solely and exclusively responsible for them, as well as for their use and any consequences that may arise therefrom. Consequently, the Customer undertakes to check, at the time of delivery, that the Order delivered is complete, compliant and has not been damaged. If this is not the case, the Customer undertakes to refuse to accept the Order and to sign any supporting documents. Any Order received against the Customer's signature shall be deemed to be in conformity, complete and in perfect condition at the time of delivery.
You can choose between the following types of delivery:
- Standard delivery - Colissimo: home delivery in 2-4 working days. Free for orders over 100€.
- Relay point delivery - Mondial Relay: delivery in 3-4 working days to a relay point. Free for orders over 100€.
- Express delivery - Chronopost: home delivery in 1 working day.

Please include a note explaining the reason for your return, to help us process your request. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds (excluding shipping costs). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Only products in perfect condition and suitable for resale may be returned: intact, complete products, packed in their original packaging and accompanied by any accessories and documentation. These conditions are cumulative and must be respected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if inappropriate packaging has been used, or if the returned products are unsuitable for resale, or if damage has been caused to the product by its return.

At PERS, we are committed to offering you a range of products formulated with benchmark ingredients and active ingredients, clinically tested and in quality packaging. We hope you enjoy your purchase.
