Back to school means back to good habits... Back to our skincare routine. How can we adapt it to this transitional period between summer and autumn? Let's take stock.
Soothe skin after summer: rehydrate
During the summer, skin becomes more dehydrated due to increased perspiration, sun exposure and even air conditioning. To repair it, apply highly moisturizing active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, a molecule that retains up to 1000x its weight in water, or panthenol. Also known as provitamin B5, it has the ability to penetrate deep into the skin to reinforce its hydrolipidic film and prevent skin dehydration.

Gradually reintroduce retinol
